We are a small farm of about 85 acres, we have 200 sheep and 120 beef cattle, pigs and horses. We are in a unique spot, 10 minutes from Junction 22 of the M5, with the site field of 2.5 acres nestled in a quiet spot with fantastic views. There is a footpath on the farm which takes you to the top of the Mendip Hills , a river where you can fish and canoe (The Axe), fishing lake next door (£10 day ticket), a good pub The Lamb within a 5 minute walk and many tourist attractions close by. Our own farm reared pork sausages and free range eggs available to purchase.
Facillities include separate ladies and gents toilets and washbasins with hot and cold water. Power shower. Electric hook ups and hard standing. Dogs are welcome. Families and couples only. No large groups. We have a no noise policy between 11pm and 7am.

The sea-side towns of Weston-super-mare and Burnham- on- sea just 20minutes drive away.
Cheddar with its scenic Gorge and Caves, and local shops along with its large Sunday morning boot sale is only 10 minutes drive away.
Slightly further afield are Wookey Hole Caves, the Cathedral City of Wells, and Glastonbury with its Tor and Abbey Ruins.
Within 3 miles there is access to The kings of Wessex sports centre and swimming pool and The Isle of Wedmore Golf Club
Lunns Garage within 1/4 mile for fuel, groceries (lincensed), papers, and calor gas.
Councells Garage opposite for car and motorhome repairs/mots.
West Country Motor Homes 50yds for all your caravan, camping and motorhome needs.

Terms and conditions
Arrival after 12.30pm departure by 11.00am unless arranged otherwise.
Noise to be kept at a level not to disturb your neighbours. No noise between 11pm and 7am
Well behaved dogs on leads welcome (please clear up after them)
Recycling bins to be used.
No outer packaging, unwanted or broken matresses, tents, toys, bbqs, etc to be left on site.
Bbqs allowed, but please ask for bricks if required to raise off grass.
Electric hook ups are 16amp please make sure all equiptment connected does not exceed this. Watersmeet Farm is responsible for the electric to the hook up. It is your responsibility from there on.
